About Me
I immigrated to the United States from the Dominican Republic at the age of three, settling with my family in New York City. I grew up in Washington Heights and later Staten Island, and I am a proud graduate of New York City’s public school system.
With a strong commitment to public service, I served in the New York City Police Department for over 26 years, advancing through the ranks to the position of Deputy Inspector. While serving in the NYPD, I pursued my lifelong dream of becoming an attorney, earning my law degree by attending law school at night.
After retiring from the NYPD, I continued my service to the community as a prosecutor at the Kings County District Attorney’s Office, where I worked for over six years and was promoted to senior prosecutor. I later joined the U.S. Department of State as an advisor, working in Central America for three years on initiatives to strengthen justice and security systems.
Today, I draw on these diverse experiences to advocate for my clients with dedication, integrity, and a deep understanding of the law. At my boutique firm, I am committed to delivering personalized, effective legal representation.
